Call to Order <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. Roll Call <br /> <br />Members Present: Commissioners Carlos Herrera, Kristin Lau, Jonas Lim (jointed the meeting <br />remotely at 6:41 p.m.), Kami Miller, Sanja Obradovic, Lindsay Spooner, Jason Steffenhagen, and <br />Ellen Weber. Also present was student commissioner Hayden Anderson. <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Ruben Vasquez. <br /> <br />Also Present: City Manager Massopust and Councilmember Emily Dunsworth (attending <br />remotely). <br /> <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Miller, seconded by Commissioner Weber to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Approved 7-0 <br /> <br />IV. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Commissioner Miller requested a minor change to Item A on the first page of the minutes. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Miller, seconded by Commissioner Lau to approve the minutes from <br />the June 16, 2022 meeting as amended. <br /> <br />Approved 7-0 <br /> <br />V. Discuss creating key stakeholder list for diverse communities in New Brighton <br /> <br />Massopust stated the Equity Commission is tasked with finding different avenues to strengthen <br />neighborhood shareholders, per the ESAP.
