As we are <br />running Preliminary and Final concurrently with this application, we are only <br />completing the legal review, and signature of the final plat will be conditioned on all <br />all legal matters being resolved to the satisfaction of the City Attorney. <br /> At their earliest convenience, the applicant should have the final plat reviewed by <br />Ramsey County for any needed changes on their end. <br /> <br />Legal Review:  As noted in our review of easements on page 7, the Kennedy & Graven plat opinion <br />is attached to this report. The plat opinion identifies a number of issues that must be <br />addressed on the proposed plat.
