Engineering will review plans
from both applicants simultaneously to ensure all plans work in conjunction with
one another.
Global Academy shall secure all necessary permits from the Rice Creek Watershed
District which address both this project and the on-going gym addition project.

Fire/Safety: No concerns were noted by public safety.

Lighting: Lighting, if added to the garage, is not to shine directly into the public right-of-way
or onto any residential use. As a condition of the SUP, the applicant shall be
required to correct any lighting problems that are identified following construction
(none are anticipated).

Signage Any proposed signage would need to be permitted though the City’s separate sign
permit review process.
