All off-street driving, loading, and parking areas shall be constructed with poured-in-place 145 <br />concrete curb except for single and two family residences. Curbs shall be surmountable to allow for better 146 <br />snow management in addition to facilitating wildlife crossing areas to the extent practicable, especially in 147 <br />areas of park setting, natural vegetation, or water resource locations. 148 <br /> 149 <br />(3) Striping. All parking stalls shall be marked with white or yellow painted lines not less than four 150 <br />inches wide except for single and two family residences. Such markings shall be maintained in a clearly 151 <br />legible condition. 152 <br /> 153 <br />(4) Traffic Safety Islands. Traffic safety islands shall be installed at the ends of each parking tier. 154 <br />Additional tTraffic safety islands may shall be required to maintain safe and orderly flow of traffic within 155 <br />the parking lot, where deemed necessary by the Department of Community Assets and Development.. 156 <br />Traffic safety islands may be removed to facilitate snow plow access and snow management, pursuant to 157 <br />Section 11-020 (13) below.
