Since 2018, the site has been unable to demonstrate a <br /> consistent ability to operate within the bounds of their SUP resulting in frequent visits by <br /> Public Safety. In 2021, the owners were brought before the City Council to review conditions <br /> of the SUP, and to determine if options could continue. All parties agreed the SUP could <br />
