<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SPECIAL USE PERMITS WITHIN <br />RESIDENIT ALLY ZONED DISTRICTS; <br />AMENDING CITY ZONING CODE SECTION 4-030 (1). <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ORDAINS that the New <br />Brighton Code of Ordinances is amended by amending City Zoning Code Section 4-030 <br />(1) as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 4-030. Special Permit Uses in an R-I District. <br /> <br />(1) Colleges, libraries, museums, schools, churches and similar public uses provided that <br />no structure shall be nearer than thirty feet to any R-I or R-2 lot line. <br /> <br />A. Preparation of food by a third party using the facility for distribution off site. <br />to exist within the principal structure ofthe uses noted in (l) above that meet <br />the following conditions: <br />L. Preparation of food. with proper facilities and licenses to be approved <br />by the City Sanitarian, shall be the sole aspect ofthe business. <br />2. Overnight parking of vehicles or any outside storage of materials <br />associated with the business is prohibited, <br />1. Exterior signage is prohibited. <br />4. Number of employees associated with the use shall be limited to two <br />@ <br />5. Hours of operation shall not negatively impact surrounding residential <br />uses. and <br />6.
