<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />If Tenant gives notice of termination of this lease prior to September 1, 2007, <br />all deferred amounts shall become immediately payable and all monthly <br />payments made after such notice is given shall be paid in full with no <br />deferral of rent. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Paragraph 2.2 of the Lease Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />2.2. ADDITIONAL RENT. Any other charges to be paid by Tenant <br />pursuant to the provisions of any other sections of this Lease shall be <br />designated as "additional rent". Failure of Tenant to pay "additional rent" <br />shall give Landlord the right to declare an event of default.
