Also, MSA funding, Citywide <br />tax, and special assessments are other funding components. <br /> <br />Benefitting properties would be special assessed on a per acre basis, and there are <br />160.08 acres in this project. Lots abutting streets with existing concrete curb and gutter <br />will be assessed $1, 158.01lacre. Lots abutting streets with no existing curbing will be <br />assessed $5,969.90/ acre. <br /> <br />An audience member asked the method used to pay the contractor. This includes the development of a sub regional geographic information <br />system (GIS) accessible to all Coalition cities.
