Benke suggested the <br />request be tabled until verification of the office location is performed. <br /> <br />Samuelson suggested inviting the applicant to the next Council meeting. MPRS Lawsuit <br /> <br />Gunderman requested the peddler licensing policy be reviewed by the PPC or PSc. Peddler Policy <br />Fulton said the PPC reviewed the issue three years ago. Kelley feels that no matter <br />which conunittee researches the policy, it ultimately becomes a constitutional issue. <br />LePevere said the previous review applied more involved background criminal <br />investigation procedures and a revised fee structure. Standards prohibiting door-to-door <br />sales could be added, however, there are First Amendment limitations. LeFevere <br />questioned whether the City could regulate licensing by type of business. Gunderman <br />asked if requiring a peddler to show identification and licensing could be added to the <br />standards.
