The property located on Old Hwy 8 west of 6th <br />St. SW is owned by Glenn Pletscher and zoned R-2, two family residential. Currently, <br />two homes reside on the parcel and both are owned by Pletscher. The southerly most <br />home serves as his residence while the northerly home is rental property. The <br />subdivision would allow the two existing structures to be located on separate lots while <br />creating a third lot for future development. Conditions for approval include: relocation <br />of existing shed, payment of Park Dedication fee of $650 per unit, and removal of Quit <br />Claim Deed. Benke confirmed that the applicant has accepted these conditions. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Williams, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Hearing was closed at 7:57 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Larson, seconded by Gunderman, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION APPROVING PL-223, SUBJECT TO THE <br />FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. PAYMENT OF A PARK DEDICATION FEE OF $650 PER UNIT. <br />2. THE EXISTING SHED ON SITE BE RELOCATED TO COMPLY WITH <br />THE R~2 DISTRICT SETBACK STANDARDS. <br />3.
