The 1995 Session
ended with a balanced budget, but there is apprehension that the Federal Government
$15 billion reduction in its current budget would have great impact on Minnesota.
The Federal Government has also proposed a $300-500 million reduction in social
services to Minnesota, and these cuts will be past down to counties.
