<br />Gunderman questioned if the change made to 601 Fairfield could set a precedent.
<br />Thomson does not feel that circumstances are similar between 601 Fairfield and the
<br />3 lots. Fulton said the additional amount will be a municipal responsibility.

<br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PROJECT

<br />ASSESSMENT CHANGE TO 601 FAIRFIELD DRIVE TO REFLECT SAME
<br />STREET IMPROVEMENT COST AS USED IN POPPYSEED ESTATES.

<br />Public Hearing - 9:19-9:20 p.m. - Project 92-14, Innsbruck Park Estates
<br />
<br />The project consists of sanitary sewer, watermain, storms ewer , concrete curb and
<br />gutter and bituminous surfacing to lots in Innsbruck Park Estates 2nd and 3rd and
<br />several lots in Innsbruck Park Estates 1st Addition. A comer parcel at 27th Ave.
<br />and Linden Dr. benefitted from street, sewer and watermain. Because the parcel
<br />has potential to be subdivided, it will be assessed at 2 lots less water and sewer.
<br />Assessment rates are: Townhomes - $2,374.98/unit, duplexes - $4,749.97/unit,
<br />single family - $9,499.93/lot; and single family - no sewer or water - $8,691.39/lot.

<br />The project includes: 6th St. SW, 7th St. SW, 10th Ave. SW, 20th Ave. SW, Benz
<br />Rd, Continental Dr, Cord Circle, Haines Ave., Imperial Ln, McCallum Dr.,
<br />Oakwood Dr., Riviera Ct., Riviera Dr., Rolls Rd., Skyhigh Dr., Sunset Ln., and
<br />other lots on 5th St. SW, 9th Ave. SW, 15th Ave. SW, and 17th Ave. SW.
<br />
<br />Reconstruction included removal of old bituminous surfacing, installation of storm
<br />sewer, sanitary sewer repair, street excavation and grading, concrete curb and gutter
<br />repair, bituminous surfacing, and boulevard repair. The project would be paid from
<br />a combination of City-wide tax and special assessments.
