The pond on the west
side is filled with silt and debris from the severe rains
which we had this fall. I would hope that this would be
excavated out to the original plan for the pond. I would
also suggest that river rock be placed around the edge of
the pond similar to a pond which is south of 694, on Snelling
Ave. This would prevent erosion and the development of a
drop off at the waters edge. Any large boulders, a fountain
in the pond or a large tree such as a Willow or an Oak would
be greatly appreciated.

I would be happy to discuss my concerns with you at any time.

Sincerely yours,

~

B~-

Glenn Burleson, M.D., F.A.C.S.
2987 Bent Tree Hills Dr.
New Brighton, MN 55112

Home Telephone - 631-2696

GB/kab
