This adjustment <br />would have a minimal impact on the lots and overall development and the <br />owners would comply with the Declaration of Covenants. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the audience. <br /> <br />Motion by Williams, seconded by larson, to CLOSE THE HEARING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes. 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Hearing was closed at 7:52 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Rebelein, seconded by Larson, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION APPROVING PL.200. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mattila presented for consideration a Final Plat, Final Planned Residential <br />Development, and a Rezoning to create 17 single family lots. <br /> <br />The final plat and final PRD comply with R-1 district and PRO ordinance <br />standards and conditions of approval. The rezoning allows low density <br />residential land use assigned by the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />The applicant proposes one curb cut to long lake Road to be shared by <br />Lots 1 and 2 with driveway turnaround per Council direction. Poppyseed <br />Court has been changed to Britany Court per Police Department's request. <br /> <br />Williams verified that the City Forester and applicant have developed a <br />landscape plan for the berm along the south border. <br /> <br />Rebelein said the applicant accommodated Council in providing a resolution <br />for the curb cut. Mattila said Rebelein and Larson were helpful in <br />determining the most workable solution. <br /> <br />Motion by Gunderman, seconded by Rebelein, to APPROVE FINAL PLAT PL- <br />198 AND FINAL PRO-55 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT APPROVAL OF THE GRADING <br />AND DRAINAGE PLAN. <br />2. COUNCIL APPROVAL OF R.136; <br />AND WAIVE THE READING, HOLD A SECOND READING, AND ORDER THE <br />PUBLICATION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NEW BRIGHTON <br />ZONING ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN NEW BRIGHTON <br />FROM R-2, TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO R-1, SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: <br />1.
