It would serve The United Theological Seminary,
Seminary Estates subdivision, Wexford Heights subdivision, Woodland
Hills townhomes, and existing single family homes on Stinson Boulevard
and 32th Avenue.

Because of the high elevation. existing tanks and pumping facilities cannot
provide adequate water pressure. The elevated tank will be half the
capacity of the Silver lake Road tank. but hfgher in elevation. Both the
new elevated tank and pressure booster pumps will be located on the
GAC water treatment plant site.

Benke noted it had not been possible to design a booster system for this
area until the land use of the vacant parcel was determined.

\,'\-

Council Business

Wexford Heights
Final Plat Approval
Report 91 ~121

Wexford Heights
Feasibility Report
for Street and
Utility
Improvements
Report 91.125
Resolution 91-055

Water Pressure
Booster System
Report 91.127
