Auain this section does not prohibit the possession of' or the wearinf!. display of <br />bandanas in the privacy ofvour own home. <br /> <br />(d) Ball Caps: As we all should know, and for those who don't, please be adVIsed, in this day and age, Gang <br />members of all types have a tendency to wear baseball caps of differing colors at various angles to indicate <br />membership. Thus in an effort to maintain the safety and welfare of the Tenant/Resident/Lessee(s), visitors, <br />children, guests and employees of Timber Crest Apartment Complex, the wearing of baseball style caps will <br />be required to be worn in the manner as designed, i.e. with the visor centered above the face of the individual <br />wearing said ball cap while on the common Grounds of Timber Crest Apartment. Auain this section does <br />not prohibit the possession of or the wearinu. disvlav of Ball Caps in the privacy ofvour own home. <br /> <br />(e) White Robes with a White Hat and/or Mask: These items with or without the insignias of the Klu Klux <br />Klan displayed on the exterior will not be permitted in or on the Timber Crest Apartments Common Area. <br />Auain this section does not prohibit the possession of or the wearinu. disolay of such Garment's in the <br />privacv ofvour own home. <br /> <br />(I) Displaying any Racially motivated or offcnsive, clothing or material, Flags & Banners or advertising <br />material, which includes; but is not limited to, commonly identified items with the NaZI Party or any similar <br />religiously or racially intolerant organization, are prohibited in the common areas of Timber Crest <br />Apartment Complcx. Affain this section does not prohibit the possession of or the wearinff or display of' <br />Section (5.) (6) & (a) throuuh (f) items in the privacv of your own home. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Any requests by Tenant/Resident/Lessee(s) for Timber Crest Management or Security Personnel to respond after <br />business hours to unlock doors may be subject to an after hours lock-out charge of $25. <br /> <br />GENERAL RULES <br /> <br />6 Timber Crest Apartments bas contracted with Spartan Protection to randomly patrol on foot, each <br />building daily and to answcr trouble calls with neighbors, Noise calls, domestic calls and any other type of <br />call which is not a life threatening issue. Insofar as we will have fully equipped Security Officers on site <br />almost every day after 5:00 PM, and armed security officers to rcspond 24/7, All tenants are required to <br />call Spartan Protection at 763~561-1228 or 612-702-7541, for any need for service which is not life <br />threatening. Failure to call Spartan Protection first before calling local police to resolve nonLife <br />threatening issucs will be considered a lease violation. <br /> <br />7 Tenant/Residcnt/Lessee(s) must notify Management if they plan to have long-term guests or additional occupants. <br />All occupants residing in the apartment must apply for residency and/or be registered on the Rental Agreement <br />contracts. <br /> <br />8 Each licensed driver per apartment is permitted one operable vehicle on the property. In apartments with more <br />than three licensed drivers, the maximum number of vehicles permitted shall not exceed three vehicles. <br /> <br />9 Any locker, storeroom, wash machine, dryer, or storage space in a Timber Crest Apartment Complex building, <br />used by a Tenant/Resident/Lessee(s) is furnished GRA TlJITOIJSL Y and is not part of the leased premises_ <br />Timber Crest Management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property, or to any person <br />making use of the same. Tenant/Resident/l,essee(s) in making use of such space does so at <br />Tenants/Resident/Lessee(s) own risk. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3 <br />
