Area or site - 3.14 acres <br />2. Present use or site - 8,400 square root industrial building <br />3. The site contains porous soils and is generally flat. <br />4. An extension of <br />that site plan approval was granted until August 28, 1986. <br /> <br />The applicant has since altered the original site plan: <br />thererore, the site plan review process must be repeated. <br /> <br />PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS <br /> <br />1. The City's Comprehensive Plan designates the site ror light <br />industrial use. <br /> <br />2. The site is zoned 1-2, heavy industry. <br /> <br />3. The proposed orfice/warehouse development complies with the <br />Comprehensive plan and is a permitted use in the 1-2 <br />district. <br /> <br />4. The proposed addition would be 3, 278 square reet in size <br />ror a total building area or 11,678 square reet. The <br />proposed addition would add 9 reet 4 inches onto the rront <br />or the existing building and 20 reet onto the north side of <br />the building. <br />
