Curb Cuts: <br /> <br />Two proposed curb cuts along proposed Walburn <br />Court and one existing curb cut along Old <br />Highway 8. <br /> <br />3. RCWD: <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to construct a storm water <br />retention pond on the southwest corner of the site. Other Considerations: The MPCA has detected evidence of soil <br />and ground water contamination on the Walburn Industrial <br />Park site. Subdivision of the property is permissable, <br />however, development of the property would require the <br />applicant to submit plans and specs to the MPCA for review and <br />comment. <br /> <br />Building <br /> <br />1.
