A 30 foot front yard setback is required for all off-street parking and <br />maneuvering areas. A 15 foot front yard setback is proposed by the applicant. <br />This would require a setback variance of 15 feet. Also, the maneuvering area <br />along County Road E would be setback 15 feet from the street side property line; <br />
