If the City wished to explore further the possibility of
special rates for special groups, consideration should be given to
low income people as well as seniors and disabled persons.

Moti on by Gunderman, seconded by Brandt, to RECEIVE THE CITIZEN
STUDY COMMITTEE REPORT ON THE WATER RATE REDUCTION STUDY.

5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried

Announcement and Updates

Council Business

Citizen Study Committee
Water Rate Reduction
Study
Report 89-250

Announcements & Update

The Historical Society will honor the Schmaltzbauer Family at the
Harvest Home dinner held on October 26th at the United Church of Schmaltzbauer Dinner
Christ.

Brandt will serve as Council liaison for the School District #282
Key Communicators Group.

The Fire Department will hold a dedication on October 16th at 8:00
p.m. for its new Day Room.
