<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 25, 1989 <br /> <br />Page 19 <br /> <br />Council Business, continued <br /> <br />Williams verified that staff will address engineering issues in the <br />fi na 1 plans and contact res i dents when these fi na 1 plans wi 11 be <br />presented. <br /> <br />Margaret Egan, Finance Director, acknowledged the Council's receipt <br />of the 1988 Annual Report and authorization of audit adjustments. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Gunderman, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT THE RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RECEIPT OF THE 1988 ANNUAL REPORT AND <br />AUTHORIZING AUDIT ADJUSTMENTS. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Benke recommended a deferral of the resolution establishing the 1989 <br />WJter and sewer rates to allow for a workshop to discuss the matter. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Gunderman, to RECEIVE THE WATER AND <br />SEWER RATES REPORT AND DEFER CONSIDERATION PENDING A WORK SESSION. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion carried <br /> <br />Mattila presented for consideration an application for site plan <br />review, minor subdivision, and Planned Residential Development <br />amendment to construct an office/maintenance building for the <br />Windsor Green Townhouse Association. <br /> <br />The requested PRD Amendment woul d allow for the offi ce/uti 1 i ty <br />building and the proposed minor subdivision to plat over the <br />existing Riviera's Windsor Green Plat and create Windsor Green Plat <br />9; a one lot subdivision. <br /> <br />The proposed office/utility building would serve to eliminate the <br />open storage of landscape materials and allow the relocation of an <br />existing underground fuel tank further from the residential units. <br /> <br />Benke asked the storage procedures for the underground fuel tank. <br />Mattila said the exterior storage area will be enclosed with a six <br />f~ot high cedar fence and the underground fuel tank will be located <br />ill a bin inside this fence. The association requests to move this <br />fuel tank further away from the existing units.
