APPROVAL OF VN-274 AND PL-180. <br />L. APPROVAL OF FINAL GRADING AND DRAINAGE PLANS, INCLUDING A <br />PUMPING SYSTEM FOR DOCK AREA, BY CITY ENGINEER. <br />3. APPROVAL OF PERMIT BY THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT. <br />4. APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSED CURB CUTS ON COUNTY ROAD D BY RAMSEY <br />COUNTY. <br />5. PROVISION OF AN EASEMENT OVER THE EXISTING SANITARY SEWER PIPE, <br />TO BE APPROVED BY CITY ENGINEER. <br />6. A PERFORMANCE BOND OR LETTER OF CREDIT BE POSTED WITH THE CITY <br />IN THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO 100% OF THE COST OF ALL SITE <br />IMPROVEMENTS, EXCLUDING THE BUILDING, PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE <br />BUILDING PERMIT. ' <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, motion carried <br /> <br />Several attachments were included in the Council IS packet in regards <br />to the Consideration of Amendment to Personnel Ordinance to provide <br />for assignment of sick leave. <br /> <br />Briefly, an ordinance has been drafted by the City Attorney which <br />provides for an employee to donate sick leave to another employee <br />who is suffering from a life threatening illness. <br /> <br />Benke asked Thomson, City Attorney, to explain the legal procedures <br />involved ;n the approval of this amendment.
