To date, Staff has
received only positive input.

Benke asked t e timing of the Exterior Storage Proposals and what
controls are ver the storage of recreational vehicles. Mattila
said the Exter'or Storage Proposal would be ready by January, 1989,
and currently, the Parking Ordinance does not include controls over
Recreations Vehicles, Trucks or Buses. Mattila further said, the
area of recre tion vehicles is being given further study and will
be brought to the Council under the Exterior Storage Ordinance.

Motion by Gun erman, seconded by Larson to WAIVE THE READING AND
GIVE A FIRST READING TO AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NEW BRIGHTON
ZONING ORDINA CE BY DELETING THE EXISTING SECTIONS OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE REG RDING PARKING AND CREATING A NEW CHAPTER IX.
