Proper acknowl edged these are the only areas of high <br />elevation. <br /> <br />Williams f els, in the future, developers and homeowners should be <br />notified there are possible pressure problems on their property. <br /> <br />Samantha 0 duno, Assistant to the City Manager, presented the City's <br />updated Af irmative Action Policy and Program. <br /> <br />The Minnes ta Human Rights Commission has recently interpreted a <br />1988 Legis ative Amendment to require all local governments that <br />have 20 0 more full-time employees to have a state certi fi ed <br />affirmativ action program. The law, which went into effect on <br />August 1, 988, could make local governments ineligible to receive <br />state aids, grants, and contracts which exceed $50,000, if the plan <br />is not ce tified by the Department of Human Rights within the <br />December , 1988 deadl i ne.
