However, due to the fact <br />that the property is high, has apparently been partially <br />excavated, and could be a better building site. if further <br />excavation were done to provide for a rear walkout dwelling,... <br />the Planning Commission should consider requiring the <br />topography mapped. If the developer requested a permit to <br />regrade the lot (removing material), a topographic map <br />showing the existing and proposed grading will be required. <br />'T'here are .many low lots in the area; possibly the excess <br />material would be in demand.
