Proper said <br />a 100% perf rmance bond is required, and verified the bond could be <br />called upon unsatisfactory work. <br /> <br />Williams as <br />the former <br />time that <br />reimbursed <br /> <br />ed if the City was reimbursed for time spent to correct <br />urbing project. Proper acknowledged, there was staff <br />as unwarranted on this project and the City was not <br />or this additional time. <br /> <br /> <br />Benke asked Proper, if he was confident that appropriate inspection <br />time will b set aside for this project, to avoid any problem. <br /> <br />Proper expl ined there are two projects phased to occur after the <br />discussed p ojects, which are: Long Lake Area Streets and the <br />Greenway Pr ject. <br /> <br />Moti on by arson, seconded by Benke, to ADOPT THE RESOLUTION <br />AWARDING THE BID FOR CITY PROJECTS 88-18 AND 88-20 TO THE LOW <br />BIDDER, MID EST ASPHALT IN THE AMOUNT OF $359,560.16. <br /> <br />4 Ayes - 0 ayes, Motion Carried. <br /> <br />Erny Matti a, City Planner, presented a request for special <br />permission 0 construct a detached garage on a corner lot with a <br />side street ard setback of seven feet. <br /> <br />The propert is located at 1845 Tioga Boulevard, and is owned by <br />Hank Dierks <br /> <br />According 0 the Zoning Ordinance, a standard setback in a R-1 <br />District is 30 feet, however, there is a provision that would allow <br />the Council to reduce this setback in certain instances. <br /> <br />Most of the attached and detached garages along Kiowa Avenue NW are <br />setback 15 eet or less from the street right-of-way line.
