Section 11-130 (d) Uses by Special Permit (R-3 multiple Residence district) provides for the following uses: day nurseries and nursery schools. PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION: The Planner and the administration presented their comments. Ted Mohnkern appeared representing the petitioner. He stated that there is a probable total of 250 cars entering and leaving the parking lot during the course of a Sunday morning. He also stated that their nursery school would not be allowed by the State of Minnesota to have more than 50 children so that the traffic associated with this would also not be high.
