The combination of a bermed and
heavily landscaped 30 foot green area, and the parking of cars at the
building rather than along the street, meets the parking setback
requirement for buffering cars from the street. The project will
be completed before the end of 1988.

Moti on by Gunderman, seconded by Brandt to WAIVE THE READING AND
ADOPT THE RESOLUTIONS APPROVING VN-267 AND SP-154 AND APPROVE LP-
235, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. When the updating of the zoning
ordinance is discussed, Benke would want the setback issues
addressed, and at that time,i ncl ude traffi c flow in the 1 i st of
factors in determining these setback standards.

I

Mattila presented the consideration of an application for a Final
Planned Residential Development and Plat to re-subdivide the Leier
Estates Plat into 11 single family lots using the zero lot line
concept.

Page 9

Council Business

1-2 District for
Brighton Park
Report 88-281
Resolution 88-107

Gordon Hedlund
R-3B District
Report 88-282
