<br />" <br /> <br />'" <br /> <br />SP-59 <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />November 12, 1974 <br /> <br />The Building and Planning Coordinator noted that area <br />residents had expressed concern at the Council meeting as to how <br />the house would fit into the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Mr. Hedlund explained that the house would also have new <br />roofing and siding, some new windows and that the roof eaves <br />would be extended. <br /> <br />Daniels asked why the house was to be located on this <br />rather than another lot. <br /> <br />Mr. Hedlund stated that the size of the house that can go <br />on this lot is restricted by a pipeline easement and that its <br />(location on the corner of a busy street makes it a less desirable <br />location, both factors making this an appropriate site for <br />this house. <br /> <br />PlanninqCommission Recommendation (10-15--74) : <br /> <br />Motion by Harty, seconded by Parham, to recommend approval <br />of SP-59 to allow moving of the house in question to Lot 1,Block 1, <br />Bristol Estates with the changes in its design outlined by <br />Mr. Hedlund and with "the same conditions placed in the approval of <br />the original request. <br /> <br />Motion carried, 4-0 <br /> <br />Planninq Commission Recommendation eSP-56. .8-20-74): <br /> <br />Motion by Daniels, seconded by Bohling, to recommend <br />approval of SP-56 with the condition that the house be located <br />on Lot 1, Block 1, Bristol Estates and the the Council consider <br />requiring a bond in an appropriate amount to cover bringing the <br />house up to Code and guaranteeing against damage to streets and <br />utilities. <br /> <br />Motion carried, 5-0 <br />
