SP-68, E-Z Mini Storaqe:

The Planner reviewed his comments and noted that additional
conditions that may want to be considered include requiring
a performance bond be posted and height limit somewhere between
10' and 15 " be placed on all stock piles.

-
Mr. Nolan, representative for E-Z'Mini Storage, Mr. Perron and
Mr. Walbon were present to answer any questions.

Mr. Nolan reviewed the suggested conditions and felt: that item
#1 is no problem since that is the method in which this type of
operation must proceed; that item #3 mayor may not be a problem;
that item #4 may be a hardship since they will only be working
a limited area at anyone time; that item #5 is no p~6blem and in
fact, he had proposed this to the Administration; that he was
unsure as to what items Section 875:30 referred: (The Planner
noted that Section 875:30 basically said that combustible
materials were not permitted as fill material), Mr. Nolan stated
he then had no problem with that possible condition; that
item #7 may not be necessary - he felt that their soil consultant
would be able to advise them as to how close they could get to
the existing buildings; item #8 was no problem.

The Building and Planning Coordinator noted that cover is meant
to mean only that non-earth fill materials should be covered
over weekends.

Fredrickson stated that she doesn't want to see this be a sanitary
landfill type of operation.

Partyka noted that a sanitary landfill would not be allowed. He
further noted that the operation involved changing materials while
basically maintaining the same grade.

Harty asked the applicant if the desire was to build on the filled
areas.
