Councilman <br />Hardt noted that the Planning Commission, in their recommenda- <br />tion, may want to consider conditions such as: (1) No liquor <br />on premisesj (2) Setting age 'limits and hours of operation; <br />(3). No wagering or betting to be allowed;' (4) That the licensed <br />activity not be ~njurious to other property in the area. <br /> <br />Wickland asked the applicant if he had ever operated a similar <br />operation. <br /> <br />Mr. Pruitt indicated he had just recently operated an amusement. <br />center in the Hillcrest Shopping Center in St~ Paul. Mr. Pruitt <br />indicated that 'he lost his lease, which is the reason why he <br />was seeking this location. Mr. Pruitt also indicated that <br />previous to that he had been the manager of Gentleman Jim's <br />located on West Lake St. in Minneapolis.
