In addition) we would be available <br />at the request of the city for attendance and presentation at any meetings. <br />Charges for the meeting would be based on actual costs incurred on the <br />basis of time spent times our standard hourly rates. An invoice due <br />and payable upon receipt would be transmitted upon completion of the <br />assignment.
