That it is recommended that the applicant contract with a <br />sign consultant to develop a sign plan. <br /> <br />vote on amendment - 3 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />Vote on motion as amended - 3 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />Mr. Ernst stated for the record that he would like to have an <br />opportunity to submit a finished sign plan to the Planning <br />Commission for their consideration at their September 28 special <br />meeting. <br /> <br />NC-23.Q PETROLEUM <br />The City Planner reviewed his comments noting that all of the <br />non-conformities would be eliminated except for the driveways <br />within 50 feet of a street right-of-way intersection. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />There was nobody representing the applicant. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wickland noted that a non-conforming use permit <br />required 4 affirmative votes to pass on a recommendation to <br />approve and suggested that this matter be continued to the <br />special Board of Review meeting on September 28. <br /> <br />Motion by Wickland, seconded by Medved, to defer NC-23 to the <br />special Board of Review Meeting of September 28th. <br /> <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />NC-24. LP-56. CLINCH-ON-CORNERS <br />The City Planner reviewed his comments noting that the request <br />was to expand a building and maintaining the same 4'9" side yard <br />setback. <br /> <br />There was nobody present representing the applicant. <br /> <br />Commissioner Doyle stated that he was unsure whether the conditions <br />or warrants were present to permit the expansion of the non- <br />conformity. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Motion by Doyle, seconded by Medved, to defer action on NC-24 <br />until the special Board of Review meeting on September 28th. <br /> <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br /> <br />Motion by Doyle, seconded by Medved, to defer action on LP-56 <br />until the September 28th meeting. <br /> <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes - carried <br />
