NC-23.Q PETROLEUM The City Planner reviewed his comments noting that all of the non-conformities would be eliminated except for the driveways within 50 feet of a street right-of-way intersection. e There was nobody representing the applicant. Commissioner Wickland noted that a non-conforming use permit required 4 affirmative votes to pass on a recommendation to approve and suggested that this matter be continued to the special Board of Review meeting on September 28. CLINCH-ON-CORNERS The City Planner reviewed his comments noting that the request was to expand a building and maintaining the same 4'9" side yard setback. There was nobody present representing the applicant.
