<br />II <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITX OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING APPLICATION <br />FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT, SP-92 <br /> <br />I' <br />II <br />:1 <br />II <br />I' <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />;1 <br />,I <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, An application for a special use permit entitled <br />SP-92 has been made by United Theological Seminary to permit <br />the temporary use of four (4) dormitory units as faculty and <br />administrative offices; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The procedural history of the application is as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That an application for special use permit, SP-92 was <br />filed with the City of New Brighton on June 5, 1980. <br />2. That such application was reviewed by the New Brighton <br />Planning Commission Board of Review on June 17, 1980. <br />3. That the City Council, pursuant to published and m~iled <br />notices, held a public hearing on July 22, 1980, all <br />person's present at the hearing were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />4. The written comments and analysis of the City staff, <br />the Planning Commission minutes and recommendations <br />were considered. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the New Brighton City <br />Council makes the following Findings of Fact in respect to <br />SP-92: <br /> <br />1. That the property is zoned R-l, Single Family <br />Residential and was developed under a special use <br />permit, SP-58; <br />2. That proposed temporary use modification will not <br />create parking problems and will not detract from the <br />residential use of the remairider of tha.~ormitory units <br />3. That the units to be used for office are of ~ distance. <br />from abutting single family dwellings and will not <br />adversely affect the established single family <br />character~of the area; <br />4.
