<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 12, 1988 <br /> <br />In response to Benke's comment, Mattila indicated everything is <br />ready. <br /> <br />Jim Senden, developer for Brighton Corpoy'ate Park, stated the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District will be reviewing the plans tomorrow <br />night and, once acquisitions are made, the final plat will be <br />filed. <br /> <br />Motion by Benke, seconded by Brandt, to APPROVE FINAL PLAT PL-168. <br />CONDITIONED ON: <br /> <br />1. PERMIT APPROVAL BY THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT; AND <br />2. VACATION OF THE PORTION OF SECOND STREET N.W.NOT INCLUDED HI <br />THE BRIGHTON CORPORATE PARK PLAT. <br /> <br />3 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Mattila stated there was a meeting with the applicant and with <br />staff members (including the Fire Chief) ,sinc~ the staff report <br />was printed and they reached a tonsensus on the following <br />revisions to the Conditions listed in the Recommendation portion <br />of the Council Report: <br /> <br />3. Placement of Y connection on west side of building near north <br />corner; <br />4. Applicant to provide soil test resu'lts insuring adequat'2 load <br />bearing soil to support emergency vehicles on the north side <br />of the building; <br />5. (Eliminated); <br />7. Establishment of a 12-foot wide unobstructed path on the north <br />side of the building for emergency vehicle access to the east <br />side of the building; <br />8. The proposed parking stall and aisle dimensions must comply <br />with the standards of the parking ordinance in effect at the <br />time of b~+td+n9-perm+t-+~~~anee parking lot construction. <br />9. (Eliminated -- redundant with the zoning ordinance). <br /> <br />Following Senden's concern regarding Condition #10 (Final plat ap- <br />proval of PL-168 -- now Condition #8), LeFevere stated if the <br />meets and bounds description is not a parcel of record in its cur- <br />rent form, the applicant may need to come back to council for an <br />interim minor subdivision approval before a building permit is <br />issued. <br /> <br />Mot i on by Brandt, seconded by Wi 11 i ams, to APPROVE LP-226, SUBJECT <br />TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. PERMIT APPROVAL BY THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT; <br />2. APPROVAL OF GRADING PLAN BY CITY ENGINEER; <br />3. PLACEMENT OF Y CONNECTION ON WEST SIDE OF BUILDING NEAR NORTH <br />CORNER; <br />4. APPLICANT TO PROVIDE SOIL TEST RESULTS INSURING ADEQUATE LOAD <br />BEARING SOIL TO SUPPORT EMERGENCY VEHICLES Ot~ THE NORTH SIDE <br />OF THE BUILDING; <br />5.
