The first stage will be the excavating, grading and drainage work for the entire site along with construction of the first 4o~unit building to the, north. 'This work will'begin, hopefully, on April 22, 1981 and be completed in December, 1981. The second stage will consist of the construction of the second 4o-unit building to the west.
