That the metal buildings have architectural treatments <br />that provide a historical appearance of at least 50% <br />of those sides of the buildings fronting on the park and <br />access drive. <br />4. That the excursions number no more than twice a month <br />May through September, beginning no earlier than 8:00 A.M. <br />and no later than 8:00 P.M., not creating excessive noise <br />and odor and not creating a nuisance for area residents; <br />5. That the site is not solely used for the restoration and <br />storage of equipment but that there be educational <br />buildings (i.e. depot and interpretative center) and if <br />such buildings are not realized 2 years aft~r the <br />occupancy of the restoration buildings that 40% of the <br />gross floor area of the Historic Equipment shelter be <br />open for public educational purposes; and <br />6.
