With respect to the overall development plan we submit the following: <br />1 . Drives adjacent to the two complexes provide no relief from the <br />blacktop areas. We suggest that a small green area, minimum 15 ft., <br />be provided between units. The cluster idea is good, allowing for a spacious feeling within the <br />.development. <br />5. Please explain the rounded corners on the parking stalls.. Phases '1 and 2. <br />b. Legend on the utilities plan is incomplete and unclear. <br />7. Utility connections to buildings are absent. Size of connections is absent. <br />8.
