He stated he is willing to: 1. Place a sign on 5th Ave. stating - New Brighton Furniture, Inc., limiting such sign to 5 items of information and of 40/ of the selected signable area; 2. He would do the same thing on the 10th Street side. 3. He would remove the present ground sign and construct a new ground sign in accordance with the code stating New Brighton Furniture and Eddies Corner Bar He noted that the feeling of Mr. Rybak was that if a projecting sign was taken down, people would think the corner bar was closed.
