Place a sign on 5th Ave. stating - <br />New Brighton Furniture, Inc., limiting such <br />sign to 5 items of information and of 40/ <br />of the selected signable area; <br />2. He would do the same thing on the 10th Street side. <br />3. He would remove the present ground sign and <br />construct a new ground sign in accordance with the code <br />stating New Brighton Furniture and Eddies Corner Bar <br />He noted that the feeling of Mr. Rybak was that if a <br />projecting sign was taken down, people would think <br />the corner bar was closed. <br />Motion by Fisher, seconded by werdouschegg to close <br />hearing <br />5 ayes - 0 nayes -carried <br />
