<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />September 8, 1987 <br /> <br />Public Hearings, continued <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Blomquist, seconded by Williams, to WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON BELAIR PARK PLAT H9 <br />STREET AND UTILITIES, PROJECT 86-2. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />With regard to assessments for Project 86-4 (First Street and <br />Third Avenue Southeast street rehabilitation), Proper reviewed <br />assessment rates as shown in the 1987 Assessment Report. <br /> <br />Proper indicated one property had been removed from the assessment <br />record because it is a corner lot and had been assessed in the <br />past. <br /> <br />Benke asked if there were any sodding problems in the area; Proper <br />indlcated he had received no complaints. <br /> <br />John Kneiff, owner of industrial property (Lots 1-6 and Lots 26- <br />30), asked about his lots that were being assessed; Proper <br />explained he was not being assessed for costs on Lots 1-6. <br /> <br />Jan Wimsett, 281 First Street S.E., asked if anything was being <br />done with the alley adjoining her property which is an eyesore and <br />disturbing; Proper stated he will look at it from a maintenance <br />standpoint. <br /> <br />As there were no further questions, Gunderman moved, seconded by <br />Blomquist, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Brandt, seconded by Williams, to WAIVE THE READING AND <br />ADOPT A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON FIRST STREET AND THIRD <br />AVENUE S.E. REHABILITATION PROJECT 86-4. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />With regard to assessments for Project 86-6 (Innsbruck Office Park <br />utilities), Proper reviewed assessment rates as shown in the 1987 <br />Assessment Report. <br /> <br />As there were no questions of councilor the audience, Blomquist <br />moved, seconded by Williams, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Motion by Wi 11 i ams, seconded by Gunderman, to WAIVE THE READING <br />AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON INNSBRUCK OFFICE <br />PARK UTILITIES, PROJECT 86-6. <br /> <br />5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Project 86-4 . <br />Resolution 87-96 <br />9:21-9:36pm <br /> <br />Project 86-6 <br />Resolution 87-97 <br />9:37-9:39pm <br />
