That platting of 7 lots versus the 8 lots proposed <br />would ~e more consistent with City standards, would <br />create a better living environment and would reduce <br />or eliminate the number of variances requested. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the application for VN-182 <br />is hereby recommended for approval subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the plat contain no more than seven (7) lots. <br />2. That all new ~:omes constructed have a minimum front <br />yard setback ;of ~ ~a ~~"; <br />~~ V ~ <br />3.
