<br />Page 2 <br />July 19, 1978 <br />We would also note that the Chapel. is seeking a 3rd driveway. The <br />Zoning Code states that only 2 driveways are permitted to a parcel <br />but that the Council can give special permission for a 3rd driveway. <br />The Chapel currently has one. driveway on Sunnyside Terrace and 1 <br />on Long Lake Road. The new driveway location is shown on the <br />attached sketch. Given the size of the parcel, the distance <br />between driveways and the property use where the use of the <br />proposed driveway will be limited, we see no problem with the <br />request for a 3rd driveway. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that VN-187 be denied by waiving the reading and <br />adopting the attached resolution. At their meeting of June 20, <br />1978, the Board of Review adapted the attached resolution, also <br />recommending that the curbing variance be denied. <br />In regard to the request for a 3rd driveway, staff recommends <br />that the request be approved by simple motion. <br />h<.e ? <br />'James F.
