That all grading and drainage be subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br />2. That the proposed home-.have a minimum side yard setback <br />from the south .property line of 10 feet. <br />3. That the applicant dedicate a total area of 25 feet <br />for future road purposes. <br />4. That applicant change the entrance of the garage from <br />the-south to the north and create a new driveway. <br />5. That the .elevation of the top of the house not exceed <br />the top of the house to the south. <br />6.
