Benke suggested: (1) 50 spaces be added by September 1, 1987, without specifying on-site or leased space; (2) the date in Item No.3 should be in place by September 1, 1987; and (3) Item No. 2 should be modified to include provision of additional 50 spaces by September 1, 1988. Groth stated to provide parking for leisure drivers might not be a high priority for the school (he would rather use the $50-$100,000 elsewhere in the school; ie. locker rooms). Page 13
