VN-212 <br />r Page #2 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDERATION AND RECOMMENDATION <br />EXTRACT FROM MINUTES <br />BOARD OF REVIEW <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 20, 1979 <br />Chairman Schmidt introduced the application for variance. <br />Mark Murlowski, representing,the applicant was present to answer <br />any questions. <br /> <br />Chairman Schmidt asked the applicant to explain the security needs <br />of the firm. <br />Mr. Murlowski stated that Berger Transfer and Storage, Inc. will <br />have a number of trucks on the site which will be storing <br />customer items. The fence would provide some protection for <br />those trucks. <br />Commissioner Livingston inquired on how the applicant is progressing <br />with the:plans.approved for development. <br />Mr. MurlowskCnoted that the grading work is under way and <br />approximately 15,000 yards of fill has been brought in for com- <br />paction on the site. <br />Motion by Schmidt, second by Lang to recommend approval of VN-212 <br />by adopting a resolution with the following conditions: <br />1. That the fence will be installed in conformance with <br />the modified site plan signed and dated by the <br />applicant and City Planner; <br />2. That the fence will be opaque and will not have slats <br />that would interfere with traffic visibility adversely; <br />and <br />3.
