The <br />agreement should allow use by the condominium residents, <br />townhouse residents and City maintenance vehicles <br />servicing the park; <br />That the townhouse units are setback from the property <br />line at least 25 feet; <br />That the applicant dedicate a watermain easement on the <br />final plat to be subject to approval by the City Engineer <br />That legal agreements be provided insuring the continuou <br />use of the tennis courts and resolve liability concerns <br />during property transfers. <br />this 27th day of February - 1980. <br />J es W.
