Requirements. on lot width- at setback line in the R-1 <br />have been. reduced from the required 75' and in the R-2 <br />have been reduced from the required 85'. <br />4. Height <br />-The condominium is proposed 4 stories and under the normal <br />code the height for R-3B is two stories. <br />5. .Parking Sapces <br />Section 12-03Oa. states that parking lots are not permitted <br />in any front yard or side street yard in residential <br />districts. The proposal indicates front yard parking. <br />
