Wines that are extremely popular would be added to a regular menu. Wines featured would be avail- . able in package store for case and bottle sales. If customer of package store wanted to buy a bottle of wine for consumption in the wine bar, a corkage would be charged. We would also offer special beer promotions on imported and rare domestic beers, ie. Samuel Smith's or Anchor Steam on tap. We would also feature a "Beer of the Month", similar to the wine program. Imported and domestic cordials would be handled similarly-.- Possible name for addition would be "Palmer Drive Pub", or something not relating to a municipal bar. FOR WHOM: Demographics of the area indicate higher than average incomes to support the addition. (report attached.) No real competition for this type of operation exists in the area. 'Robert Lee's lounge is small and used primarily for diners, with several local citizen groups ,holding meetings there. The Mermaid is for a younger crowd and bowling enthusiast. Launching Pad again is a younger dance oriented crowd. The Shorewood, to the west, again is a restaurant crowd, and to the south is Apache Wells, a sma.11•
