I I I Council Meeting Minutes February 24, 1987 Public Hearing Locke had nothing to add to the staff report concerning the establishment of Tax Increment District No. 12. As neither council nor anyone from the audience had any questions, motion by Williams, seconded by Schmidt, to CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Williams, to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF THE MODIFIED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM RELATING TO DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.1, THE AMENDMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 1 THROUGH NO. 11 TO REFLECT INCREASED PROJECT COSTS AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 12 AND THE ADOPTION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN RELATING THERETO. 5 Ayes - 0 Nayes, Motion Carried Council Business Egan had no additional comments to the staff report concerning financing for Tax Increment Project No. 12. Motion by Schmidt, seconded by Williams, to WAIVE THE READING AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINANCING FOR TAX INCREMENT PROJECT NO. 12. 5 Ayes - 0 Ayes, Motion Carried Anderson stated the landscaping plans for city hall and the fire station were reviewed by the Park Board and the Fire Chief and indicated their comments would be included during the presenta- tion.
