RESOLUTION N0. NEW BRIGHTON PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF SP-122. WHEREAS, an application for a special use permit has been made by Mike Rasmusson and Don Dickison; and WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for a special use permit was filed with the City on May 5, 1985. 2.' That the Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing on May 21, 1985, all person's present at .the hearing were given an oppor- tunity to be heard. NOW .THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission that 'the following Findings of Fact are made in respect to SP-122: 1. That the property is zoned I-3, Limited Industrial District and is to be developed as an office/warehouse complex. 2. That the building will have multiple occupancy with individual-entrances. 3. That the three sided ground sign is appropriate for its corner location and will be visible from only one direction at a time. 4. That all signage will conform the height and size re- quirements of the sign ordinance. . 5. That the proposed sign plan is consistent and compatible with the purpose of the sign ordinance in that it reduces clutter, provides sound identification and will be aesthetically p}easing. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application SP-122 is and thereby recommended for approval subject to the following ;conditions: 1. That all wall signs facing a individual letters of the sa lettering type. 2. That the ground sign be made match .the proposed building, name be in separate attached public street be of me size, color and of burnished block, to and that the building letters.
